WHY DOES IT TAKE UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Shooter Ready Apparel is a made to order company, so the shirt(s) you have ordered may not be created yet. This allows us to customize your order by putting the design you choose on the color of shirt you want.
WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
Shooter Ready Apparel is a made to order company, meaning products are not produced until after your order is placed. We are a small company and have full time jobs as well; therefore, we ask for up to 3 to 5 business days before your order ships out to you.
During this time your order status will show as “Awaiting Fulfillment”. Once your order is ready to ship the status will change to “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We try to be as flexible with payment options as possible. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal; as well as, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship via USPS, so it depends on the shipping option you choose. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Priority shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days. If you have an APO address, your order arrival time can vary greatly by location. We will do our best to have your order shipped in a timely fashion, but once it leaves our facility the shipping speed is out of our hands.
HOW DO I ORDER IF I’M DEPLOYED OVERSEAS AND HAVE AN APO ADDRESS?
Since we only ship via USPS, there is no difference in ordering. The only difference is the speed in which your item(s) will arrive.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Unworn, unwashed clothing can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 45 days of receiving the product. If you would like to exchange the product, we can exchange it for a product of the same design.
Contact us at CustomerService@ShooterReadyApparel.com to initiate the return/exchange procedure. Once we approve your return, send your product back to us.
